Can I use the unbranded video on my MLS?
The wide cut has no agent name, brokerage, logo or contact details. Your MLS decides which video formats, hosting links and content it accepts, so check its rules before uploading. We deliver video files; we don’t promise placement on an MLS or Zillow. Read the agent guides.
How soon will I get my videos?
Our target is 24 hours after usable photos and listing details arrive. Heavy demand or incomplete inputs can take longer. Your private order page shows the status and download links.
Which photos can I send?
Send 6–30 JPG or PNG photos you own or have licensed for this listing’s marketing. A photo being visible on Zillow or the MLS does not grant permission to reuse it. We select up to 12 photos; flag must-use shots in the highlights field.
Will AI change the way the home looks?
We add smooth camera pans and titles over your original photos. We do not generate rooms, add furniture or hide defects. AI assists with room sequencing and optional narration. This is a photo-based video, not a filmed walkthrough or a 3D tour.
What if the video needs a revision?
Review the finished videos before publishing. If a video fails our quality checks, we redo it or refund that listing under our terms. Keep your private order link so you can refer to the exact listing.
Is the first listing really free?
Yes. One free listing per agent, including both videos, with no card and no call. The videos are yours to keep. After that, it’s $49 per listing, with no subscription.
